A pixel is a tiny image that may be embedded within web pages and emails. We use tracking pixels on our career site to allow us to measure the performance of our online job ads and conversion rates (e.g., the percentage of people who apply to a job after seeing our ad). This allows us to make data driven decisions around our marketing and advertising efforts and optimize our advertising campaigns. Tracking pixels also enable us to compensate our third-party suppliers who advertise jobs outside of Workday on our behalf—e.g., on a per-submitted-application basis. We may also use tracking pixels to collect anonymous information about the use of our site or to deliver or communicate with cookies. Tracking pixels only trigger on the Apply Confirmation page in our career site, after a candidate has submitted their application. The information collected by tracking pixels does not identify you personally. However, we may link the information we collect using tracking pixels to the information that identifies you personally and use it in the same way we use the information we collect using cookies.
